When I did my oil cooler job the kit I bought from FCP Euro had all the seals in the intake tract. Changing all these plus the dreaded oil cooler seals has made mine totally leak free for the last 3 months. Running much smoother with the swirl flap working again. Improved my mileage from low to mid 20s too. I'm in the mid 140k's, heading for the 250 k km award!

I highly recommend if you have an OM642, bite the bullet and just do this repair, you won't be disappointed.
