There is a fix for that.

In the pic you would make a V shaped bracket out of steel that has a 9 degree angle.

The green lines show where the bracket would go and in the middle of the green circle in the pic is an actual one someone did.
Notice that it uses the opposite end of the full throttle stopl with an nut added.
I believe you also need another nut to go on the bottom of the Idle screw housing.
