Not if it's just a little. More than likely it'll burn or leak out in short order. If it worries you you can drain the crankcase into a clean pan (I use a few turkey pans from Big Lots or similar). Cover the pans once they're full to keep the crud out (aluminum foil works fine) then reinstall the plug and strain the oil back in less a small amount - paint strainers work fine for that and I have those by the 100's but you can usually get them at the hardware store.
I really doubt the drain-and-refill routine is necessary - a little overfill is not a big deal. Besides, while I can't speak for M-Bs I've found that in general dipsticks are often off a bit.
