It tastes like crap. About a shot, 3x a day. I take it (took it) before each meal--mixed with a little water and took it like a shot. I never got used to the taste or developed a taste for it. Plus, keep in mind, I take a number of supplements which drove all the bad numbers way down, e.g., BP, et cet. Plus, my weight went down a bunch so not sure how all of that interacted with each other except it worked overall as desired. I was also taking Rx for GERD for YEARS and I no longer have any GERD. That is, for over a decade I was on a Rx GERD medication and my GERD is now completely cured and has been so for over a year.
