I have to agree with the injector return lines, you need to replace them with the proper 3.5mm cloth braided lines, they are cheap. You also need to replace the cigar hose, they are less than $10. It also looks like something is leaking near the injectors, you should probally take care of that leak also. You might also want to change your fuel filters to the proper German filters sometime. The Fram and Wix filters aren't as good as the German ones, and they tend to cost more, the same goes for all the filters. It also looks that your oil cooler lines coming off of the oil filter housing might have a slight leak also. Other than that, things look good.
