Listen to what Jake12tech tells you, I am the guy he has walked through the process of removing stuck glow plugs and I can guarantee you it works if you are patient.
Run the engine with intake off to get it hot, then turn it off and go at it with a 3/8" impact and pressure regulator set between 30 and 40 psi.
Trust me, Jake12tech is the master at this!
