Delo 400 LE vs Delo 400 SDE zddp

I've been looking around for info about the Delo 400 LE 15W40 vs. the new(er) Delo 400 SDE. It looks like no one sells Delo 400 LE 15W40 anymore. I think that Delo is selling a 400 LE 5W30 synthetic.

Using the Chevron spec sheets, the zinc concentration in the LE is 0.13% by mass and in the SDE it's 0.08% by mass. The phosphorous concentration in the LE is 12% by mass and in the SDE it's 0.08% by mass. I can't find a similar spec for a Delvac 1300 and not sure which Shell Rotella to consider.

Evidently the ZDDP concentrations in a typical 15W40 are now all below 800 ppm.

Any body aware of a dino 15W40 that is on the market and still has the higher ZDDP concentrations?
