The injectors on this car act like diesel injectors ( a spray nozzle and valve that prevents flow until fuel pressure rises. ) If the check valves had hung open, it would run fine but fuel would dribble out when engine is off.

So far you have replaced typical "stored with old fuel" parts however, diagnose and not just throw parts at the car.
