I'm no fan of inkjets but the HP Officejet Pro 8700 series all in ones seem to be okay. My company has literally thousands of these out in offices all over the states. By far, the common complaints relate to consumables cost (cartridges/printheads) . The previous models such as the OJ7400, 8500 and 8600 series were about as reliable with the auto document feeders and duplex units causing problems as they aged. I have an 8710 in the garage that doesn't get used too much. It's never complained about dry or empty ink cartridges.

Frys.com often has the OJ Pro 8710 for well under $100 and free shipping if you get their daily email deals. Last week they had them for $78 as part of a one-day sale.

That being said, my personal printer and the one in my home office are HP Laserjet Pro M477fdw color laser all in ones. Initial cost is a little more than the inkjet counterparts but cost per page and quality are better.

The models I mentioned above have wi-fi, ethernet, USB, onboard duplexing, and automatic document feeders. The Laserjet also scans 2-sided documents from the ADF.
