Remove the side and bottom plate, remove the delivery valves (keep all the pieces together as sets), remove the vacuum shut-off valve and the ALDA and just about everything rubber or paper or electronic / electrical. Drop in a bucket, cover with biodiesel. Let that sit for a week or whatever, try moving the fuel rack occasionally. You may get lucky. How much is your time cost, and how much is a gallon of biodiesel? I'd say it is worth a try.
