I'm going to start with an outdoor microphone FIRST. A few years back the neighbor on the other side of me had a couple of great danes. When those dogs barked it felt like the house SHOOK. She went to work and appeared to be clueless to the fact the dogs barked NON-STOP while she was at work. Their non-stop 150 decibel barking would ruin your nervous system...... Thank goodness, she finally got rid of the dogs.

Before I put up outdoor cameras, I am going to talk to a lawyer first just to make sure they can't go after me for being a video voyeur. I'm convinced non-stop barking dog owners know city ordinances help them inflict torture on their neighbors......they simply enjoy making life a living hell on everyone who lives within earshot of their canine canons......
