This bolt may have a conical point on the end. It maybe of a specific length.
The motor in the photo is not of the same vehicle but the tensioner and bolt location hole is.

Have you tried going to the dealer?
It might be the only place where you'll find that bolt.
Plus, you don't want a bolt that's chewed up or in bad condition.
