In looking at hard copy availability it looks like I may not be able to find the 79 manuals. There are some differences between "early-up to 79" and "late-post 79" models.
Will a FSM engine volume from 80-83 (or even from 77-78) work for my 79?

The online FSM was designed to work with the Internet Explorer browser.
If you can't access the html links that are on the pdf pages, try opening the pdf with the Internet Explorer brower.
This is a known issue with the Electrical Toubleshooting Manual.
