Fuel Pump Relay

My 1991 W126 has a similar problem except it restarts easily (usually) after stalling at any and all speeds fast and slow. Somehow at high speed, it manages to regain power when I floor the accelerator. At low speed, I usually need to turn the ignition and restart. From all the searches on these boards, it seems that the most popular explanations are Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Sensor, Crank Sensor, Wires, Ignition Coil. I'm going to guess fuel pump sensor and wires (the cheapest remedies to start off with)

Where's the fuel pump sensor on the 1991 420? Is it on the firewall like that of the 560SEL? Thanks for your input.
