There isn't any way for fuel to come back up the prechamber from the lower half like that unless you didn't torque the halves together or you're leaking from up high and just not noticing it. A weep can be really hard to pin down the source.
You did put the injector heat shields in the right way around right? Beveled side down towards the prechamber, concave side up against the injector face?
