I have an issue close enough to the above in this old post to tag it on (or at least arguably): 1991 420sel and recirc switch light will not come on; I don't know enough to tell whether it's recirc-ing or not; car's all black so could really use that recirc help in summer if it's not currently working. What would be the simplest way to see what's really going on?
