The fans are from a first generation Toyota Prius. Somebody in Australia I think did a survey of all the cars in a JY and figured out that first gen Prius has the thinnest factory electric puller fans. On the OM603 they clear the engine but needed some trimming of the shroud to clear the PS pump pulley. I just have them installed with zip ties for now as a test. I'll built a more permanent mounting bracket later. The fan controls have 3 inputs. One is an 88c switch in the thermostat housing. The second is the AC high pressure switch and the third is a manual override switch in the dash. The fans are powered through a pair of relays in conjunction with the single aux fan in front of the condenser. I've been using various E fans for a while now. This is just the latest configuration.
