I have a instrument panel light that comes on when the lights are turned on. I have determined that the passenger side tail light is not illuminating. I have the electrical manual and have identified the pin and wire related to this light as well as the pin and wire that goes to ground but I have no meter to trace power. I changed the bulb with a known good one and no joy. I have cleaned the contacts with no change. I do not see any relays in the path that would impact just this one bulb. Any ideas? Or a source for a cheap meter?
