A really nice example of a 240D that’s well presented and fairly represented, I believe.

While I’ve never owned a 240D (but a number of other W124 variants) this looks like a really solid, clearly described car. None of the issues you identify are significant, and all easily resolved. This looks like a great example of a “rolling restoration” that the new owner could just tinker with at their leisure or just get in, turn the key, glow, and daily drive the car for another 200-300k.

Considering this I think it’s fairly priced and a good value for whoever ends up with it.

While I have been tempted to acquire a 240D just to have the experience and the notch on my bedpost, so to speak, I fear that the ongoing requirement for AC as a year ‘round resident of Florida makes a 240D rather impractical.
