My oil pressure gauge line is a rigid plastic line with a 10mm? nut that screws on to the back of the gauge. I actually had the displeasure of starting my car with this still unattached (I was a bit enthusiastic in the wee hours of the night). Anyway, when that oil started to drip on my leg, I ran for a pan! It was not shooting out, but seemed to be about 2 tablespoons, barely a drip on the floor.

It is a bear to connect. It turns forever and there is hardly any room for an adults arm and hand! I wonder if it wasn't cross-threaded at some point?

Those electrical taped lines that feel greasy also feel greasy on mine. I don't know why? They go to the main wiring connection on the back of the instrument cluster I believe.

I've yet to have an oil line blow to the oil cooler. That would suck!
