It was one of the better wakes I've ever been to .
FWIW, I used to travel by bus from time to time, it's not as scary as most seem to think and it's a good inexpensive way to travel with a large & bulky tool kit when you're off to rescue another jalopy .

Good for Old Men and when on vacation and you want to get the lay of tghe land .
Wally really was a Renaissance (!SP !) man ~ he knew so many things and enjoyed sharing them with any and every one he met .
He raised up a nice family, his son came and gave his ashes a good send off .
Plus, more food that could possibly be consumed and a full cash bar so we had fun in spite of the rain .
So many are gone in the blink of an eye ~ I began loosing friends in the 1960's it abated a bit through the 1980's & 1990's now it seems they're dropping like flies again .
