Sad thing with any person. It is a real indication of many values lacking in an individual. You cannot prevail in all situations in life and be a reasonable person.


If this is true you would not want to get involved in any situation with him. His art of the deal for example may be just. Do whatever you have to do to prevail. There is no art in an approach like that.


We have a billionaire in our area. I have cautioned many to not do deals with him. Simply because if it in not all lopsided in his favor there will be no deal.
