I emailed Mercedes asking, when their next diesel will come out and even though they produce a diesel Sprinter they said they have no plans for new diesel car. I wanted to buy a new one while I still could but it looks like I am too late. It looks like I will be driving my 1985 300CD and 2005 E320 CDi ( gets up to 43 MPG ) until I can't get parts for them. BMW just canceled their diesel cars. I hope I am wrong but the writing is on the wall. The diesel is dead long live diesel power.
