May I suggest reading the world economic forum November 28th 2017 to fully understand the environmental impact of lithium batteries. The break-even pollution point is over 9 years. Most battery packs won't even last that long. California passed a law requiring fuel to be carbon neutral. Well unless California can change physics or chemistry.. carbon is the energy.. this is the approach that proves that politicians are worthless.
