The lenses are chip free,no scratches or marks.the reflectors are shiny.I am not sure what you mean by vacume adjust,but beneath the connectors there is a small port that I suppose a vacume line could connect to.nothing was connected to them when removed.how do you tell if they are vacume adjustable?
