Did you read my post about using the easy out to remove the broken part of the bolt? There is NO NEED trying to drill out the broken part. It will only get you into trouble. You don't seem to be comfortable trying this kind of job so it might be better to get a qualified mechanic. The hollow core bolt is very common on European cars. There must be an auto salvage yard in your area that has a bolt that will fit.
