It apparently sat in Florida for a long time prior to being moved to Georgia.

I'll take some photos of the rust and post them later.

Good news is, I worked on it yesterday and found that it does turn over quite easily and fire on starting fluid so maybe I'll just try to sort the fuel system out and get it running and driving before making a decision.
