i had this happen to me for the first time tonight. I have a 2000 e430 and I going down an extremely steep driveway and a terrible angle into the road my front chin spoiler even scraped . BEEEP there were those 2 lights! arg I had this happen on my c230 and it was brake switch I figured that out because the brake lamps were out. well my brake lamps still work on my e430. But the lights went away after a restart? Sooo hmmmm
