The details are the truck is above 14000 GVW and has a utility flatbed. He said he got a letter from DMV that it can no longer be registered unless it meets newer emission standards, the details of the standards I do not know. Lesser GVW is exempt.
Truck is stock and does not roll coal, he lives way in the woods in Trinity County. Shasta-Trinity national forest.

Back on it...

I thought my pump was bad and contacted Bosch North America for their recommended builders. They recommended D&W diesel in New York state. It was a horrible experience dealing with them and I recommend D&W to no one. I had not discovered this forum yet so I learned the hard and expensive ($1200) way.
