This is one more reason why I avoid my local M-B Dealer : they don't know / understand older cars and have zero interest in learning .

They used to be O.K. then built a new building for the nevou rich and got rid of all the parts guys who knew or wanted to learn anything .

Plus, without exception the prices are lower .
