I remember when the C.O.L.A. got rid of the secretaries, oops typists, oops, data entry clerks, oops secondary office staff, I had to learn a whole new set of computer skills and I'm a Mechanic, not really computer savvy .

I was O.K. with work smarter not harder but towards the end it was a lot of extra crap I didn't really comprehend .
