Sorry to hear about this whole situation, but good news is you caught it early and was persistant and educated on the issue. Im not sure about your insurance company but get as many 2nd and 3rd opinions as possible.

Keep your sence of humor, sometimes thats what keeps us ticking. I had a bad medical problem a couple years ago and all you can do is be optimistic and keep your sence of humor and you will be fine.
