I have to do this job on my 1987 300D within the next few weeks.
If I remember, he had some really big hi-res pictures linked in, and that might take a lot of effort to transfer.
I would be willing to use what you have as a reference, and write a new procedure - waiving all rights to the information. I can take all new pictures - and I have the hosting space.
In fact, I can convert whatever is created into a PDF file for easy download.
