Yep.
Imagine the emissions that will be created producing tens of thousands of components for those exhaust system replacements, recycling the old, and shipping all that stuff (on massive polluting container ships).
I wonder how many forests were cleared to make all the paper used in the lawsuits....
Its all a vicious circle with no real success in actually eliminating any emissions.
