Agree wide part of spring up toward filter...gotta love that filter set-up!

220D should have the "oel" cap on the injection pump, make sure the injection pump has oil in it, they're not pressure oiled. There is a procedure for flushing
out the pump cavity with mineral oil, I've never done it.
