Generically speaking you can get some threaded rod a nut and an appropriate Washer and us that to pull the Crank Hub on.
If it works depends on how much press fit there is and if the threaded rod is of a high grade. If the threaded rod is just mild steel it is not going to work well.
The .pdf has the the crank bolt having M18x1.50 threads.
A longer bolt that has full threads and a nut would work to press the hub on.
