You can remove the yellow fog reflector bowls from US spec headlights and install them in your pre-facelift Euro headlights, with some modification to the yellow reflector bowl.

There's a thread on here somewhere about it, if I recall. I looked into it at one point and elected to keep both sets of lights intact. Stained glass paint or yellow tint film are other options for yellow fogs.
