Yes curious to know if this power steering method will work??

Also really curious on anyone who has done the delete to chime in. I've just heard it's really bouncy in the rear end

if I don't hear a simple answer I may try to swap in the speedo from a junk yard w126 into the w123 cluster. seems cheap enough to try.

As for 70mph is 3k rpm this doesn't help because for some reason this cluster doesn't have a tach. It's the stupid cluster with the clock. Seems like I have a day a digging thru the junkyard and frankensteining a custom cluster together

EDIT: Oh and yes I was told the tranny is from w126 1982 300sd although this has yet to be confirmed. (Just got the car today)
