Rear facing seat are very easy to install. Half of the seatbelts bolt to the floor. The other halves bolt to the C-Pillars, so you'll need to either get C-Pillar trim from a 300TD that had a 3rd row seat, or modify your C-Pillar trim, or remove and discard the C-Pillar trim.
I installed 3rd row seats in my hooptie but have yet to find the C-Pillar seatbelts.
