How do you figure it would be easier? Have you ever looked at the floor of a multi link car compared to a diagonal swingaxle car? I'm going to guess no. The spring pockets are behind the axle in a multilink car just for starters. Could it be done? Sure, but it would be a complete reengineering of the rear of the car for no reason. The subframe mounts completely different and isn't close to.the right shape to fit the floor. All I'm doing is creating new mounts for a diff that is essentially the exact same mechanical dimensions. Stock driveshaft, axles, brakes, shocks springs, e brake. Find a single mulitlink swapped w123 or similar car COMPLETED and see how easy it was.
