Argue with me then, Felching was right when he said that there's not anything that should have oil in the area you tightened. You simply stopped the oil leaking outside the turbo, you didn't stop the oil leak.

Oil leaks on the compressor side are only going to come from the shaft seal leaking or from excessive blow-by making it into the intake tube.

Oil leaks on the turbine side are only going to come from oil spewing out of the engine or from the "piston ring" shaft seal.

Just because it's rebuilt doesn't mean it's any good. If the tolerances in the groove of the turbine shaft are too large, the "piston-ring" style seal will NOT seal the oil from leaking out. Likewise with the dynamic seal on the compressor side.
