Latest test drive. Top down all seams well after alignment. A little too early to tell but in 66°F ambient the AC seems to still be performing perfectly. A little disappointment on the trans cooling lines. The one that was too close to the exhaust is clear in the area I addressed but still too close in another area. One of the other cooling lines was fitted with the engine serpentine belt removed and with the belt installed it comes about 2mm away from the hose fitting. So those two lines will need to be re-made and I might as well re-make the third one since its really the incorrect ID tubing. The good news is that I now have the tubes defined in cad so adjustments are fairly easy.
