I replaced my 95 E300D blower motor about 60,000 miles ago. I believe the motor with fans part number is 124-820-06-08. I did not order that part due to cost.
I purchased a Bosch 0130111012 and had a local shop pull off my old blower wheels and solder on the quick connect wires from my old motor. That part was from Bosch Brazil and has worked without any problems.
At that time the motor with bare shafts cost $76 but appears to be above $90 now. the local shop only charged $20 for their work. It's a mom and son shop, always high quality but low priced service. I tested it at their location and they had to move one of the fan wheels a little bit to keep it from rubbing the mounting.
I found a lot of debris below my original fan blower wheels that needed to be cleaned out from the top of the AC evaporator fins located below the blower and inside the passenger compartment. Debris also included a lot of old crumbly foam from the large ventilation flap that sits below the cabin filters. I found an AC thin foam filter and trimmed that to fit the flap and glued it into place. Probably best to use a high temperature glue. I used a spray 3M adhesive but found out later interior temperatures inside the passenger compartment caused that same glue to soften and lose it's holding ability on the visor mirror insert.
I could have saved money with an off brand part that included the fan wheels but preferred the 'higher' quality expected of Bosch.

Currently pelicanparts offers the Behr for $289.75, and the Mercedes one for $475.75.
Most Mercedes dealers show it to be a discontinued part.
