The FSM has engine shock absorber(piston type) service jobs for the following :
“616 in type 115.1”
“615, 616 in type 123.1”

What is ‘…type 115.1/123.1’? Does that just mean diesel? seems redundant to say 615, 616 in both diesel chassis types.
115 is the earlier square looking car. Don't know what the .1 designation refers to. I had never heard of a 240 engine having a engine shocks, only the front T-mount. I thought only the 5 cylinder 300 engines had them. But my info comes only from the two 240D maual transmission cars I owned and online sources. Might not be complete.
