				Insurance question

So a few weeks ago I was trying to jump my Winnebago with my Dodge pickup. My driveway slopes down leading into the garage. I had the truck running in neutral being held by the parking brake. So I went to open the hood on the Dodge and pulled the brake release instead and my truck rolled into my garage door. Yikes!
So I scratched my truck, bent some lawn chairs and pushed in my garage door. The garage door will not open and close now.

So I realize now my insurance agent has been stalling talking to me because he is saying I cannot get an insurance claim if the loss is self inflicted.

I am having trouble with this concept. If I drop a cigarette and burn my house down is it not covered? This is a loss caused by my truck so it should be covered under my auto policy imho.

 Any insurance experts out there?
