Gotta be weird thing stepping from gasoline engine into diesel, no doubt she was shocked by presence of actual engine sounds and characteristics.

OTOH, many cannot imagine going from diesel to gasoline car.

First thing I'd ask myself going from diesel to gasoline..... "Where is the engine, and how do i know what its doing?"

And a Cadillac too..... the last one I drove of them was vintage '60s Fleetwood of friend in college many years ago. The damned thing drove like gigantic sofa pillow on the road. Hated it.
