Am a bit worried about finding the right panel for the fender liner to attach to to fill the front of the rocker. Patching up the holes also doesn't look like too bad of a job and I do have some experience with POR15.

Please, for the love of all that is, don't use adhesives for bonding the replacement panels. Don't use rivets either.
