I guess it may be time to revisit my M120 swap plans. I'm using the early non-COP M120 with the 4 speed 722.3 for simplicity.

I was at a swap meet this weekend and saw a BigStuff3 Pro SEFI ECU module for $600. Tempting but didn't buy it after doing some research on what would be needed to upgrade to 12 cylinder sequential. Impressive specs though.

I have a bit of work to do before committing to the swap, including pulling the heads and probably replacing some intake valves (excessive leak-down on #11), porting while they're off, and generally checking the engine and resealing as needed. The wiring harness is in full degrade mode, mostly copper strands with very little insulation left so I know why the car was dismantled. Transmission is freshly rebuilt and I have a large case 2.24 LSD diff to complete the drive train.

So: MegaSquirt options? My M120 has the dual distributors and I'm good with that system. Sequential or at least semi-sequential with paired injectors 60 degrees apart would be nice but not essential. Mechanically paired aftermarket throttle bodies in place of the EA units. I like datalogging for tuning but my wide band LM-1 can do that.

I'm trying to keep the cost down and the value up. It looks like a few people have been thinking about this for a while so any options/combo ideas would be appreciated.
