update: they all came out by hand rather easily. except the one that was leaking required me to put a wrench (1 1/8") on the injector body and gently turn it back and forth to break the carbon build up. after a few minutes of gentle turning it pulled out.

i sort of screwed up a bit and had to do this on a cold engine (don't ask) so i was surprised they actually came out like that but they did!

key takeaway is clean as much debris out with a pick and then blow the area out with compressed air.

I bought the deluxe brush kit off Amazon to clean out the bores and whatnot.....
