It looks similar to a W108 setup. The bearing is an interference/friction fit on the axle, it should be pressed off. I watched a serious old school pro change them by cutting a u shape notch in his heayy metal work bench, placing the axle perpendicular in the U with the bearing just above the U. He then lightly tapped the axle downward and the bearing came right off. The axle seal must be placed on the axle before the bearing is reinstalled.

Pack the bearing with high quality NLGI 2 grease and the back of the seal to help retain the spring.
